The Dragon Mart Complex is the 1.2 km long dragon-shaped permanent exhibition and a daily trading hub of products from China, the world’s largest markets. The complex features showrooms, shopping areas, and warehouses represented by about 4000 enterprises promoting Chinese products and goods.  It is divided into commercial and service areas, an office area, and a business centre. 

The products and commodities on sale, on both wholesale and retail basis, include textile and garments, food and groceries, household and electrical appliances, interior decoration & home furnishing, arts and crafts, chemical products, sports and leisure accessories, etc.

The complex offers a unique residential area that represents the architectural style of countries such as England, China, France, Greece, Italy, Morocco, Persia, Russia and Spain.

It opened its doors to business in December 2004 and has been attracting investors, residents and visitors alike from Dubai and other neighboring emirates.
