e-myproperty launches AED1.1bn Bab Al Badr -Tuesday, 10th June 2008

e-myproperty took the centre stage yesterday as it launched its first project - an iconic AED1.1 billion island property, Bab Al Badr.  The launching ceremony was held under the patronage of HH Sheikh Saud Bin Saqer Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah and key officials of the innovative Dubai-based developer and multi-services real estate company.

The launch was held at the Mena Al Salam Hotel in Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai, in a fitting and well-attended ceremony replete with colours, music and dances preceding a sumptuous dinner.

In his welcome speech, Yousuf Maqbul Hussain, founder and chairman of e-myproperty Development, expressed his thanks and gratitude to those who graced the occasion thus capping it into an inspiring and successful event.

e-myproperty, a leading & visionary property management and consultancy company has also announced foraying into property development by launching the island property Bab Al Badr, on the offshore man-made development, Al Marjan Islands in Ras Al Khaimah.

Senior officials of e-myproperty said the development will add significant value of AED 6.6-billion Al Marjan Islands which is spread over 29 million square feet on the southwest of the emirate.

Also called “gateway to the moon”, the Bab Al Badr will comprise a mix of high-end luxury residential units, serviced apartments and a vibrant retail zone.
